Please read the support rules, before creating a ticket:

  1. Do not create tickets if you need technical help regarding any plugin. As mentioned in the FAQ, we do not offer technical support. Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price. Though we do offer support related to the installation of the product.
  2. Activations are valid only till you have Active Membership or active purchase with us.
  3. Do not create tickets to request any product, you can request the product here. As you have not purchased any product which is not listed in our store, the fulfilment of any request depends solely on the admin.
  4. Do not ask for updates here. Updates can be requested from their respective product pages.
