Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Referral Cookies

    1. Whenever a user accesses our website through your referral link, a referral cookie will be placed on their device.
    2. If a user accesses our website through another referral link, the referral cookie will be replaced with the new referral ID.
    3. Referral cookies will expire after 24 hours.
    4. The history of referral cookies on a user’s device will be removed after 7 days.
    5. If the same user revisits the site using the same referral ID, it will only be counted as a new visit if at least 60 seconds have passed since their last visit.

  2. Commission Rate

    1. The default commission rate for affiliates is set at 40%.
    2. Affiliates will not earn a commission from their own purchases.
    3. Discounts are excluded from referral commission calculations.

  3. Subscription Renewals

    1. If a user renews their subscription, and their initial purchase was registered to an affiliate, the affiliate will earn a commission on the renewal.

  4. Payment

    1. Commissions will be paid automatically on the 1st of every month if the payment threshold of $50 is reached.
    2. Payments will be made to users account funds, which can be used to purchase products in GPL Times store.

  5. Cookie Deletion After Checkout

    1. All plugin-related cookies will be deleted from the user’s device after they complete a checkout.

  6. Modification of Terms

    1. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

  7. Termination

    1. Failure to adhere to the above terms will result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
